The Rooster’s Hand is our free-range hatching egg offering from a mixed flock with multiple roosters. The majority of the roosters in this flock are late-generation Olive Eggers, Silverudd’s Blue, and Ameraucanas, making each hatch a true farmyard blend. Eggs are hand-selected from the day’s collection and include blooms, speckles, and a wide range of shell colors, reflecting the natural variety of a pasture-raised flock. No planned pairings and no guarantees, just the kind of surprise that comes from letting the roosters have their say.
