AirTag Policy
Because hatching eggs and chicks are time-sensitive, we include an Apple AirTag in every shipment to help track progress while packages are in transit. Fragile shipments like eggs and live chicks are often hand-scanned between distribution centers, which means they may not receive regular tracking updates—or any scans at all. The AirTag helps give us and our customers a better idea of where a package is and when it’s likely to arrive.
What to Expect
• All shipments of chicks and hatching eggs include an AirTag.
• A prepaid USPS return envelope is included in the package.
• The AirTag is intended for transit awareness only, not as a delivery guarantee.
Important Notes
• AirTag location data is approximate and depends on nearby Apple devices.
• The AirTag does not replace carrier tracking or guarantee delivery times.
• Delays due to weather, carrier handling, or transit issues are still outside of our control.
AirTag Return Requirement
• The AirTag must be returned using the provided prepaid envelope.
• AirTags must be returned to the shipping provider within 4 days of receiving your package.
• If the AirTag is not returned within 4 days, a $15 replacement fee will be charged.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order that includes an AirTag, the customer agrees to:
• Return the AirTag promptly using the provided envelope.
• Understand that the AirTag is a tracking aid only and does not guarantee arrival time or shipment condition.
• Accept responsibility for the replacement fee if the AirTag is not returned on time.
